Well made, fast shipping, just what I was looking for. I had to contact service for a fuel fitting that was missing from package, it was shipped same day, excellent! Weather has only been cool enough for one all night test, I am heating a Scout Yoho truck camper. Did a great job of heating, but I did have an error code 8 that shut heater down about one hour before I got up in the morning. Reset power and it cleared and continued to work fine. My only concern if it happens again overnight, my confidence level will drop. Also, both the app (which is great) and thermostat indicate the unit is “cooling down “ after it has run but that indicator does not go away even after the unit has not run for hours and is completely cool. Not sure if that is normal. Overall I am very pleased with unit. Winter is coming and I will give it a good workout.

I place this order (4726), in good faith as it was advertised on the Internet website for at the beginning of summer. I was informed later that it's not available and to wait. I waited and received an order with a missing fuel tank and coupler / valve. The fuel tank was eventually sent to me and I am still waiting to resolve and receive the missing valve / coupler.

I have been very patient for a the long time. I'm contacted only after I make complaints. It appears that there is no systematic tickler system to resolve outstanding issues at your company.

I placed an order for the Portable Heater kit with the detachable 1 gallon fuel can. I received a box full of parts. I contacted Velit and they responded instantly with a return shipping label. Since then I have made several inquiries as to where my actual order is and I have been given anywhere from one week to one month on expected delivery time, often taking several days to respond. I ordered the heater back on February 20th and have yet to receive my order on May 15th. Looking forward to getting the item that I ordered however…
