Warranty Policy
Velit stands behind our products with technical customer support to help when product issues arise. We have U.S.-based parts and service representatives who are often able to help customers resolve basic issues quickly and efficiently.

We recommend submitting a Heater Support Ticket or AC Support Ticket to begin any warranty process, as these are the details our team will require before we can assist with warranty service or replacement.
Warranty Coverage Period
In general, Velit air conditioner warranty is 1-year from date received. Outside that warranty period we will make parts available to the best of our ability.
In general, Velit air heater warranty is 2-years from date received. Outside that warranty period we will make parts available to the best of our ability.
Comvolt Products - 5 Years
Warranty coverage begins on the date the product is received by the customer.
Outside the warranty period, Velit will continue to make replacement parts available to the best of our ability.
What the Warranty Covers
Velit warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and intended operating conditions.
At Velit’s discretion, warranty service may include:
- Replacement parts
- Product repair
- Product replacement
Velit also covers products damaged during shipping or delivery. Any shipping damage must be reported as soon as possible with photos of the packaging and product.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
Velit warranties do not cover:
- Labor costs associated with troubleshooting, removal, installation, or replacement
- Service shop labor charges
- Improper installation
- Improper wiring
- Reverse polarity damage
- Incorrect voltage input
- Water intrusion due to improper installation
- Vehicle accidents or impact damage
- Physical abuse, misuse, or neglect
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Damage caused by contaminated fuel or improper fuel usage
- Cosmetic wear and tear
Damage caused by environmental conditions, corrosion, or natural disasters
Warranty Claim Requirements
To process a warranty claim, Velit may require:
- Proof of purchase
- Product photos or videos
- Product serial number
- Troubleshooting information
- Completion of a support ticket
Velit reserves the right to request additional troubleshooting prior to approving warranty replacement.
Limitation of Liability
- Velit shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages including:
- Loss of vehicle use
- Travel expenses
- Downtime
- Lodging expenses
- Third-party labor charges
- Loss of profits or business interruption
Warranty coverage is limited to the original purchase price of the product.
Return Policy
We want you to love your VELIT product. If you’re not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
Eligibility

Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

All accessories, manuals, and components must be included.

Returns must be approved by our team before shipping.
Return Process

Email support@velitcamping.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions.

You can return the item using your own carrier or purchase a prepaid return label from us (see below).
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a VELIT error (e.g., defective product or wrong item shipped).
You may choose one of the following options:

Use Your Own Carrier: You are responsible for securely packaging and shipping the item using a trackable method.

Buy a Prepaid Return Label from VELIT: For convenience, we offer prepaid return labels for 15% of the order total. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
VELIT is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments if you choose to ship on your own.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees.
As long as your return meets the eligibility requirements above, you’ll receive a full refund (minus the cost of a prepaid label if you choose to use one).
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. If you used a VELIT prepaid return label, the cost will be deducted from the total refund.
